Peptides are short chains of amino acids that are the "building blocks" of proteins. They act as signaling molecules that help regulate a wide range of functions like hormone production, metabolism, inflammation, and tissue repair.
In medicine, specific peptides support things like weight loss, muscle growth, improved sleep, anti-aging by enhancing natural processes already happening of the body. Generally well-tolerated and are tailored to your health goals.
Sermorelin is a synthetic hormone peptide that is similar in structure to a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). Growth Hormone is required for normal growth, bone development and regulatory effects on protein, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. As we age, growth hormone and insulin like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) levels decline. Sermorelin is utilized to optimize growth hormone levels in adults while increasing levels of IGF-1. This medication is used at night which stimulates the pituitary gland to release more natural growth hormone.
Sermorelin is not to be used if you have a history of endocrine disorders (thyroid/pituitary). You cannot take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding as it is unknown whether this medication passes through breast milk. You cannot take this medication if you have Benign intracranial hypertension (BIH), diabetic retinopathy, or any form of cancer.

Factors That Can Affect Results:
Sermorelin is generally considered a safe and well-tolerated therapy, especially when prescribed and monitored by a qualified healthcare professional. It works by stimulating the pituitary gland to produce and release the body's own growth hormone (HGH) in a more natural way, rather than introducing synthetic HGH directly. This mechanism reduces some of the risks associated with direct HGH injections, such as potential hormonal imbalances or overstimulation.
Sermorelin is not currently available as an FDA-approved drug product. It may be prescribed by licensed healthcare providers for off-label uses such as treatment of age-related growth hormone insufficiency. Compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality in the same way as approved drugs. We only utilize 503a and 503b FDA-compliant facilities
NAD+ intramuscular injections are well tolerated often preferred when compared to the tolerance of IV administered NAD+ therapy.
Flushing, headache, nausea, abdominal cramping/discomfort, chest tightness, light headedness, anxiety/restlessness, fatigue, injection site discomfort/tenderness.
Less common-high heart rate, shortness of breath, hypotension (low blood pressure), blurred vision, sweating/chills, muscle weakness,
