Weight loss with Semaglutide injections Monthly Cost- $400 for standard dosing. Higher dosing - $500
Includes follow-up visits with licensed provider, medications (Client can opt to stay on $400 plan which is max 1.25mg (0.5mL/week), supplies to inject at home eliminating inconvenient weekly office visits, and follow-up labs.
Weight loss with Tirzepatide injections Monthly Cost- $575 for standard dosing. Higher dosing - $725
Includes follow-up visits with licensed provider, medications (Client can opt to stay on $575 plan which is max 7.5mg (0.45mL/week), supplies to inject at home eliminating inconvenient weekly office visits, and follow-up labs.

Step 4 - Pick up medications and injecting supplies to start Semaglutide or Tirzepatide weekly injections in the convenience of your home and without weekly office visits.
What is Semaglutide & Tirzepatide weight loss injections
Semaglutide (the active ingredient in Ozempic) injection is used to treat type 2 diabetes and now FDA approved for obesity. It is used together with diet and exercise to help control your blood sugar, slow down gastric motility and decreasing hunger. This medicine is also used to lower the risk of heart attack, stroke, or death in patients with type 2 diabetes and heart or blood vessel disease. Semaglutide is a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist. Semaglutide is a once a week injection. Dosage increase will be dependent on clients responses, side effects, and goals.
Tirzepatide (the active ingredient in Mounjaro) injections is used to treat type 2 diabetes and is now FDA approved for obesity. It like Semaglutide is used together with diet and exercise to help control your blood sugar and reduce appetite. Unlike Semaglutide, Tirzepatide is a dual agonist for the glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptors. This medication leads to greater glycemic control as well as weight reduction. Tirzepatide is a once a week injection. Dosage increase will be dependent on clients responses, side effects, and goals.
*Weight loss - Semaglutide/Tirzepatide Ineligible Candidates: those with normal/below normal BMI, eating disorder, gallbladder disease, drug or alcohol abuse, recent bariatric surgery, pancreatitis, medullary thyroid cancer, currently pregnant or breastfeeding, planning to become pregnant, Diabetic retinopathy, Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2, family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma.
